Job Description:
We’re looking for a digital marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a data-driven, tool-savvy mindset to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Email Automation platforms.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or SEMrush.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to design workflows, segment audiences, and nurture leads.
- Run and report on A/B testing using tools like latest tools.
- Monitor performance KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, and sales teams to align messaging and lead generation efforts.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies, including keyword research, performance tracking, and site audits.
- Experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns with automation and audience segmentation.
- Ability to create and adapt visual content using standard design and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing integrations to enhance lead management and conversion tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related roles.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and campaign management.
- Passionate about digital trends, analytics, and continuous learning in the marketing domain.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are advantageous.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
