Job Description:
We’re looking for a digital marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a data-driven, tool-savvy mindset to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email automation platforms.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to design workflows, segment audiences, and nurture leads.
- Run and report on A/B testing using tools like latest tools.
- Monitor performance KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and lead generation efforts.
Required Skills & Tools:
- Marketing Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Tag Manager, Brevo or similar automation tools
- SEO & SEM: SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Brevo, or SendGrid
- Design Tools: Adobe, Figma (basic knowledge preferred)
- CRM Integration: Experience with Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master of Business Administration in Marketing.
- Certification in Digital Media, Communications, or related field are preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus
