Job Description:

We are looking for a technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our IT support team. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across systems, networks, and end-user devices.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on problem solving, user support, and working in an IT environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or system support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (basic server knowledge is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networking.
  • Experience with Active Directory, user management, and permissions.
  • Basic understanding of firewalls, antivirus, and system security.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and IT service processes.
  • Good communication and customer support skills.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows and server operating systems.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
  • Monitor system health and respond to IT incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and support logs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure data security and follow IT policies and procedures.
