Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems and supporting users in their day-to-day work. If you like troubleshooting, working closely with people, and keeping IT systems running smoothly, this role is for you.

You’ll be part of the IT support team, helping manage systems, networks, and end-user devices while ensuring a reliable and secure IT environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or system support roles.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking (LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi).
  • Experience with Active Directory, user accounts, and access management.
  • Basic understanding of system security, antivirus, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and IT service processes.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-support mindset.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes is an added advantage.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and user environments.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Monitor system health and respond to incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and support logs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
