We’re looking for a curious and driven Business Development Executive who enjoys building connections and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. If you like understanding business challenges, communicating value clearly, and helping clients find the right solutions, this role is for you.
You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to grow our client base and represent our SAP solutions to businesses across industries.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic understanding of business development and sales processes.
- Interest or experience in B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills to confidently interact with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions clearly.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Middle East (GCC) market exposure is an added advantage.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Understand business requirements and align them with suitable SAP solutions.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Follow up on leads and support the sales process through closure.
