Job Description:
We’re looking for a driven and analytical Digital Marketing Executive who enjoys blending creativity with data to drive measurable growth. If you’re comfortable working with marketing tools, tracking performance, and continuously optimizing campaigns, this role is for you.
You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to build impactful digital campaigns that generate quality leads and support business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in performance and digital marketing.
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing tools.
- Good understanding of SEO and SEM, including keyword research and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, or SEMrush.
- Experience or interest in marketing automation, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to campaign performance and optimization.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly.
- Curiosity to learn, experiment, and stay updated with digital marketing trends.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve visibility and lead quality.
- Use marketing automation tools to create workflows, segment audiences, and nurture leads.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and user engagement.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to align messaging, creatives, and lead generation goals.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights for continuous improvement.
