Job Description:

Are you a QA professional who pays attention to detail and has a passion for product quality and user experience? Join our team as a Manual QA/Test Engineer and help ensure our logistics marketplace platform remains stable, secure, and easy to use across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Test Design & Execution: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end test cases across functionality, usability, regression, and security.
  • Bug Reporting & Tracking: Create detailed bug reports, test plans, and scenarios; track and validate fixes in collaboration with developers.
  • Cross-Platform Testing: Ensure seamless user experiences across browsers and devices by performing cross-browser and mobile testing.
  • API & Backend Validation: Validate RESTful APIs, data accuracy, and backend workflows to ensure business logic integrity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development (React + Python) and product teams in Agile/Scrum environments to uphold QA best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
  • Familiar with testing tools like Postman, Lighthouse, Appium, and Sauce Labs.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and the defect lifecycle.
  • Experience testing in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
  • Basic knowledge of React frontends and Python (Django/Flask)
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, analytical approach.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to logistics, e-commerce, or marketplace/booking platforms.
  • Experience with performance or load testing tools like JMeter.
  • Awareness of secure data practices and GDPR compliance.
